Mark I think you are ahead of me but I am committed. I already started this evening with a 4 mile jog. Also Jana and I are doing a 10k on Sep 12 in Huntington canyon if anyone else wants to join.
I will get my body fat tested tomorrow, but judging from my pic i wonder if its possible for me to have 99% body fat.
actually that picture makes you look a little smaller than you look like in real life. Keep up the good work though. You are going to have your work cut out for you to try to beat my time come Aug. next year.
